Our Story
Pennsylvania Teleprompter is the Pennsylvania desk of the National Teleprompter Network. The company started in Tampa in 1999 and has run prompter for Disney, ESPN, WWE, and Fortune 500 producers; the Pennsylvania operation is built around a Pittsburgh-based operator with his own presidential rig, camera-mount kits, and confidence monitors, so a Pennsylvania show does not carry airfare or a hotel line.
Every booking is quoted and managed from one office. You send the date, venue, and what the speaker is doing; we send a same-business-day quote that names the crew and shows travel as its own line. On the day, the operator handles setup, script formatting, and live operation, and stays on comms with your stage manager.
