Booking and Payment

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing scripts and content in a timely manner as agreed upon. Late delivery of materials may affect service quality and availability. Clients must ensure all content provided complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability
Pennsylvania Teleprompter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
Intellectual Property
All scripts and content provided by clients remain the property of the client. Pennsylvania Teleprompter retains ownership of its proprietary systems, processes, and equipment.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client scripts, content, and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
